Just because you can buy the tools on-line it does not mean you should use them on yourself or your family members.
Note: It seems circumcision is becoming quite fashionable in China. I wonder what it will do to the wold-wide circumcision rates when in a previously non-circumcising country, where some 20% of the world's population resides, circumcision suddenly becomes common.
