I think anyone screaming for government intervention should consider how absurd it is to ask a government to make decisions about its citizens' genitals either way. Governments should serve the people not rule them. Governments change, so before anyone is willing to hand over the decision to a government they should consider the ramifications when the pendulum swings the other way at the next elections.
Circumcision improves a man's body and health and it has been practiced for thousands of years, it has even become an integral part of many cultures.
My personal opinion is that circumcision is a right of passage that should be voluntary, not forced. Someone who is circumcised by his own choice simply will have a greater appreciation for its significance and no resentment that it was done to him against his will.

If most of those claims were true it would be a small miracle how a quarter of the male population of the world manages to use their penises for anything other than occasional urination.
The glans of your penis is not a rare collectible that instantly looses its value once you take it out of its original packaging, so you should not feel bad about discarding its wrapper and playing with it.
