Another anti-circumcision ruling in Denmark

It is not bad enough that they invent scientific evidence that circumcision causes autism (even though everyone knows autism is caused by the measles vaccine [I am kidding]), the Danes now want to compile a list of everyone who is circumcised in their country.

The Danish Ministry of Health followed through on Monday with a regulation obliging doctors to report circumcision to authorities, the Danish posten daily reports. That is in addition to the legal requirement that a doctor is present. That means there will be a database for all male Jews and Muslims in Denmark.

Some countries just can't find freedom in a dictionary.

Note: I am really against governments getting involved in what their citizens can and cannot do to their genitals. Keeping tabs on which citizens are circumcised is just simply inappropriate for a government to do, and it is hard to believe that this is seriously happening somewhere.
It might look innocent, but this is how things degrade to a police state.

While I am all for voluntary circumcision, inventing arbitrary age limits for consent is not the way to go. People can and do develop opinions about circumcision before they are legally adults.

Also, what do you do in the case of a medical problem? Allow medical circumcision, or force the patient to undergo some procedure that preserves the foreskin even if the patient prefers to be circumcised?
